I lead with a focus on putting people first, purpose orientation and value creation. Project management in general and diversity and integration in particular guide my actions.

I believe that leaders need to speak up and get involved in key issues that matter to society. That is why in my last role I was an active participant in various European integration projects from the industrial and medical sectors.

I am a passionate advocate of entrepreneurship and innovation. Over the last twelve years, I have led the creation of various integration projects from Eastern Europe with the purpose of long-term integration of entrepreneurs into the German market. Together we worked to overcome barriers, build partnerships and develop successful business models. Through targeted market analyses and strategic measures, we were able to make the most of the opportunities offered by the German market and achieve long-term success for the companies involved.
